What do I do if my body butter has melted?

In warm to extreme heat, the body butter will soften; even melt. Although the consistency has changed, the product and moisturizing properties remain the same. We package our body butters to decrease the risk of melting during the summer months. This is also the main reason why we use USPS Priority shipping. Refunds will not be issued if the product melts. Please be aware of package arrival to avoid product sitting for a duration of time in the heat. 

 If I have sensitive skin or "special" skin, is there a product for me?

Of course there is! I specialize in care for ALL skin types. You can let me know in the "notes or instructions section" at the very bottom of the checkout page or email me at [email protected] and we can discuss what the best formula is for you! When is the best time to apply body oils?

Our body oils are best used whenever! We recommend using it right after a shower to lock in the moisture and fragrance. 

When is the best time to apply body butter?

Our body butters are great for everyday use, no matter what time of day! Use them as much as you need for guaranteed moisturization. 

What is the shelf life of the body butters/ sugar scrubs?

All products are made to order, meaning once you place an order I will mix it all up from scratch, guaranteeing freshness. Once opened, your product is recommended to be used within 3 months. 

I don't have a PayPal account, how can I purchase?

No worries! If you click the Pay With PayPal button at checkout, an option that says "Pay With Debit or Credit Card" will pop up along with the Paypal button. Simply select that and your all set!
